Happy New Year, my dear readers. As we usher in the new year, let’s think of the things we have achieved in the current year and be thankful for our little successes and the people who mean alot to us. It’s time to flush out the bad habits and improve on our weaknesses and aim to achieve what we have failed to do so in this current year. It’s a time for new beginnings.
I resolve to eat healthy and adopt a healthy lifestyle amongst a few other things. To get me started, I’m starting to practise yoga. Got through my first yoga session and felt good and really relaxed. The breathing exercises helped. I’m looking forward to the daily sessions now. It’s a refreshing start to the new year.
Healthy eating and eating right is the in-thing for me this new year. I’m looking forward to making salads of all kinds and preparing dishes with more vegetables and fish using healthy cooking methods. Watch out for my upcoming tried and tested recipes!
