EASY YOGA POSES FOR NEWBIES

In this video, some of my favourite poses are featured. The workout is not strenuous and very manageable. I got along fine with the stretches and succeeded in completing all the poses featured throughout the video. The workouts that link movement and breathing to awaken and energise the body are best done in the morning.

I must say, I feel energised by the end of the workout which is part of the 21 Day Yoga Challenge Programme. For now, I am focusing on simple manageable poses and stretches before moving on to more challenging ones. You may like to try them yourself. Let me know how you go.
